Shipping Policy
We're a small Australian team shipping soil, amendments, nutrients and growing media right across the country. Here's how it works.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We don't offer international shipping at this stage.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Because our products are heavy by nature, freight on larger orders reflects that — you'll always see the exact cost before you pay, with no surprises after.
Processing & dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. We're a small team, so during busy periods or big restocks it can occasionally take a little longer — we appreciate your patience and we'll always get your order moving as fast as we reasonably can.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. As a rough guide:
- Metro areas: a few business days
- Regional and remote areas: longer, sometimes considerably so
These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control. Heavy and bulky freight can also move more slowly than standard parcel post.
Please note: Choosing an Express shipping option does not speed up our order processing times. It simply means your order will be shipped using a faster delivery service once it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note: Bulky orders may be split by the courier during transit. If you require palletised shipping to ensure your order arrives together, please contact us before ordering to discuss available options.
Tracking
We'll send tracking details by email once your order is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us at store@soilsupply.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for how we handle damaged, faulty or incorrect orders.
